Teacher Background:
Mrs. Migrditchian grew up
outside the U.S., which no doubt accounts for all her idiosyncrasies.
Not being able to decide whether she preferred English Literature or French,
she decided to major in both (B.A.from Albion College, Michigan), and went on to get teaching certificates in
both. Mrs. Migrditchian has been teaching in CUSD since 1987. She also speaks Portuguese (Vocé fala também?), some Spanish, and
has studied Hebrew, German, Greek and Latin. She is most proud of having
completed her
Master's degree in English Literature from UCI in the area of Asian
American women writers. Worn out from all this work, she likes to relax
at home with a good book, some chocolates, and her wonderful husband Paul, whom she
brought home from France many years ago.
