Which form do I need to fill out?Fill out an E-13:Any on-campus event(s) held by an on-campus group, scheduled 6 AM – 10 PM, seven days a week. and All participants are Aliso Niguel HS students. or All participants are meeting on behalf of students (ie: PTSA or booster group meetings).
Fill out a DW-8 Application and Agreement for Acceptable Use of School Facilities form:Any on-campus event(s) held by an off-campus group, scheduled between 2:45 PM and 10:30 PM (weekdays), 11:30 PM (Saturday / Sunday). Reminder: Mixed groups (Aliso Niguel students and other individuals participating in an on-campus event) must use the DW-8 form.
